McKay’s Bakery

The project

Seeing how McKay’s Bakery is an e-commerce site, the client wished to have detailed descriptions for many of their baked goods in the hopes that the details would further entice potential customers to buy online. Frank, however, had not tasted any of the desserts McKay’s had to offer – all he had to go off of was a spreadsheet that listed the primary ingredients used for each dessert. Channeling his inner Cookie Monster, Frank had to use his creativity (and appetite) to create descriptions customers would fall in love with.

Client feedback

The client loved the descriptions Frank was contracted to write so much that she employed him to write and/or edit all of the descriptions on her site – well over 300 items total.

The McKays Bakery PDF, which includes many of the pages and descriptions Frank wrote, can be downloaded by clicking on the link.
